The easiest way to get involved is to become a member of the Friends! Your membership dues will help support Library programs and will offer you entry to the members-only preview night at our Book Sales. You can become a member for just $20 for a full calendar year. The Friends of The Seattle Public Library is a 501c3 non-profit, your membership and donations are tax-deductible.Memberships are available at the door of the Book Sale for $40.
*To purchase your membership prior to the BIG Fall Book Sale, the deadline is September 8th for online purchases to be mailed to you and September 11th for purchases at the FriendShop until 5:00pm. Online purchases made after September 8th will have membership cards available at the membership tent Please bring a copy of your email receipt. ONLINE SALES WILL CLOSE SEPTEMBER 11th.
Our policy is one membership per person.
